Hexagon Tower forms part of a national network of science parks. Covering over 1.7 million sq. ft., with over 200 businesses, it is one of the UK's largest science park networks. We call this the Knowledge Factory.
The companies across these parks collaborate through regular events and a shared digital collaboration platform and app.

We offer flexible laboratory space from 500 sq. ft. to private floors of 10,000 sq. ft. As one of our lab occupiers, you benefit from our on-site support team’s experience and our national partnerships that enable us to source equipment and suppliers for companies at Hexagon Tower at highly competitive rates.

Hexagon Tower was originally designed to accommodate labs. Each floor has a 3 m ceiling height and 44 risers. This means that each floor is highly adaptable to bespoke laboratory fit-outs.
